Meeting was called to order by John at 8:41

Jason gave an update on Movie night

• We will be showing Cars 2
• We got a call from MPAA asking if we were following all appropriate rules
  • There is a license fee of $100/night or $385/yr
    • Waiting for decision from Principle Garber
  • Alex Kent offered his company to sponsor the $385
• We still need volunteers – check the website
• Setup starts at 5:30
• Could be rainy and cold which will affect attendance
• Brian is confirmed for doing the audio
• Discussed sending an Email blast but nobody put in charge

Lion Dance Retrospective

• Final numbers still pending from Jeremy
• Sold about 250 burgers – had exactly enough food
• More people than expected, and all came in a rush right at 5:30 pm
• Suggestion to serve food outside to diminish time from grill to plate
• John will send out a summary before next meeting

Suggestion for an additional movie night

• January or February
• Suggestion to Show movie outside on the side of the wall
  • Another school has an outdoor amphitheater we might use
• Jason will take the lead on this

Suggested group activities for Dads

• Paintball – Jason will send email to see who is interested
• Poker night – Mike Morearty will follow up
  • This may involve another school
• Softball – Tom Bruno is organizing
  • Will happen in late spring so nothing to do about it now
  • This is a Dads v. Dads event (including other dad’s clubs)

Suggested activities for Dads and Kids

• Ski Trip
  • Last year was about $105 for bus up and back, including pizza
  • Went to Sugarbowl
  • Other schools included
  • Bo organized it last year (not at meeting)

  • Steve was not at the meeting so no update

  • Nobody volunteered to take the lead

  • Too cold now – discuss in summer

  • Canada road is closed on Sundays
  • We might be able to arrange special access to trails with Ranger
